سياسة خصوصية تطبيق قائمة السوق
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات عند استخدام تطبيق «قائمة السوق» (SouqList). يعكس النص وظائف التطبيق الحالية فقط.
1. البيانات والتخزين المحلي
ينشئ المستخدم قوائم المشتريات والمنتجات والكميات والأسعار والميزانيات والملاحظات والقوالب والتذكيرات وسجل المشتريات وإعدادات التطبيق. تُخزّن هذه البيانات محليًا في مساحة التطبيق على الجهاز، ولا يرسلها التطبيق إلى خادم تابع لنا.
2. الحسابات والخدمات الشبكية
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يستخدم خدمة خلفية أو مزامنة سحابية. لا يجمع التطبيق البيانات عبر خادم خاص به، ولا يستخدم خدمة أسعار صرف أو يتصل بواجهة FX API.
3. التحليلات والإعلانات والتتبع
لا يحتوي الإصدار الحالي على تحليلات استخدام أو إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع. ولا يستخدم معرّف الإعلانات.
4. الصلاحيات والميزات النظامية
- الإشعارات المحلية: يمكن للمستخدم اختيار تذكير محلي؛ تُجدول التذكيرات وتظهر على الجهاز. على Android قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات ويستخدم حدث إعادة التشغيل لاستعادة التذكيرات المجدولة.
- المشاركة: عند طلب المشاركة، ينشئ التطبيق نصًا من القائمة ويفتح واجهة المشاركة الأصلية لنظام التشغيل. يختار المستخدم وجهة المشاركة، وتخضع المعالجة اللاحقة لسياسة التطبيق الذي اختاره.
- لا يستخدم التطبيق GPS أو الموقع.
- لا يطلب الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو مكتبة الصور.
5. العملات
يعرض التطبيق القيم بعملة واحدة يختارها المستخدم. لا توجد خدمة لتحويل العملات أو اتصال بمزود أسعار صرف.
6. الحذف والاحتفاظ
يمكن حذف القوائم والعناصر داخل التطبيق. إزالة التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز يحذف البيانات المحلية وفق سلوك نظام التشغيل وأي نسخ احتياطية يديرها المستخدم أو النظام. لا توجد لدينا نسخة خادمية يمكن طلب حذفها.
7. الأطفال
لا يتضمن التطبيق حسابات مستخدمين أو تواصلًا اجتماعيًا أو إعلانات موجهة.
8. تغييرات السياسة والتواصل
سنحدّث هذه السياسة إذا أضيفت مستقبلًا مزامنة سحابية أو حسابات أو تحليلات أو إعلانات أو أي جمع أو مشاركة جديدة للبيانات.

SouqList Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use SouqList. It reflects the app's current functionality only.
1. Data and local storage
Users create shopping lists, items, quantities, prices, budgets, notes, templates, reminders, purchase history, and app settings. This information is stored locally in the app's device storage. The app does not send it to a server operated by us.
2. Accounts and network services
The app requires no account or login and uses no backend or cloud synchronization. It does not collect data through an app-specific server, use a currency-conversion service, or contact an FX API.
3. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current version contains no usage analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It does not use an advertising identifier.
4. Permissions and system features
- Local notifications: users may choose to schedule a local reminder. Reminders are scheduled and displayed on the device. On Android, the app may request notification permission and use the reboot event to restore scheduled reminders.
- Sharing: when a user requests sharing, the app creates list text and opens the operating system's native share sheet. The user selects the destination, and further processing is governed by the selected app's policy.
- The app does not use GPS or location.
- It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or the photo library.
5. Currency
The app displays values using one currency selected by the user. It has no currency-conversion service and does not contact an exchange-rate provider.
6. Deletion and retention
Lists and items can be deleted within the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes local data subject to operating-system behavior and any backups controlled by the user or platform. We hold no server copy that can be deleted on request.
7. Children
The app has no user accounts, social interaction, or targeted advertising.
8. Policy changes and contact
We will revise this policy if cloud sync, accounts, analytics, advertising, or any new data collection or sharing is added in the future.
